I have lost trust in Apple Support because every time I call, I am given a different answer and false promises.īetween Dec29/22 and Jan19/23, I was trying to buy a macbook pro (yes it took three weeks to make the purchase). I tried calling Apple Support many many times over the past month without the slightest bit of help. I am here because I don't know where to go anymore for help.
